 Dr. Ken Blanchard is a noted author, a prominent speaker, and a highly sought-after business consultant. He currently serves as the Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international training and consulting firm he co-founded with his wife, Dr. Margie Blanchard, in 1979 in San Diego, California. Ken has authored or co-authored almost forty books, including the best-seller The One Minute Manager, which has sold over 13 million copies and has been translated into more than 37 languages. His most recent book is Leading at a Higher Level, Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performance Teams. Ken has also earned numerous awards for his contributions in leadership, management, and speaking.
Ken earned his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from Cornell University, and his master’s from Colgate University.
